IHC stops responding

Hi,
The software is working fine, and I have communication between Node Red and the IHC-software, and can see state of input/output, as well can toggle outputs.

However, after a (relative short) period, the IHC and the ihc-software stops communication. By enabling debug, I see that the IHC stops sending out messages destined for the the ihc-software (ID=28).
Any idea what can be causing this ?

Are you running stock IHCServer? I remember seeing similar behaviour back when I developed the software if I queried the IHC system too often or in the wrong order. Eventually I came up with the current solution which seemed stable, at least when running on a Pi (I still run this version myself 24/7). I dunno if there can be differences to which RS485 adapter is used, not that I can see what difference it would make, besides maybe flowcontrol or smth.
