Order

I've been using a online generator and some manual files, and I can't work out what order achievements would be listed in.

If a root had achievements directly off it with different string names, known list of IDs, and known order saved on disk, it's displaying on screen with a different order again.

Testing in both 1.12 vanilla and 1.12 highly modded
