In the compose file it must be "prom/statsd-exporter" not "prom/statsd_exporter"

The command

docker-compose -p promstatsd --x-networking up

did not work with docker-compose version 1.23.2

@CodeFreezr docker-compose -p promstatsd up is the command for 1.23.2
