Chromosome X #39
Description
I was wondering if RFMix version 2 can be ran on chromosome X and if any special modifications need to be made to the data in order to run RFMix on it? I have ran it on chromosome X without changing anything as far as input parameters or the data itself and the results are drastically different when comparing to any of the autosomes.
