前后端不是异步的，容易被堵塞，如何解决这个问题

我前端不好，得慢慢改前端（
后端已经使用了协程，但是发大文件会导致协程阻塞好像，比如发一个50MB的大文件，协程一直阻塞在发文件上面，他让不出控制权。。这个问题可能要用分片解决，或者用线程解决，有点难搞，有空想想
