The first time installation instructions for the OpConMFT agent state the following:
If there is no a valid certificate to import, then either create the information to purchase a certificate or create a self-signed certificate (see Using TLS with OpCon MFT section of encryption-definitions).
But you can only access that section after establishing communication with the agent, which can't be done until you have created/added a certificate. The instructions should state to use the "Configurator" tool to add/create a certificate (the first time after install).
