Push changes upstream

Typesafe announced that the Slcik Extensions (this are the Slick drivers for commercial databases) will become open source, just like the drivers for the open source databases.

We should check what we can push back upstream when this happens (of course depending on the license).

It is good news that they've decided to open source the drivers. I'm hoping that I can work with the slick devs and incorporate the best bits of freeslick into slick. I'm preparing a PR with the extra tests that freeslick has first. Then I'll probably help them extend their CI to cover what we have in freeslick.
