Source EPUBs are taken from idpf/edupub and converted on the fly using the DAISY Pipeline 2 script braille-in-epub3.
In order to regenerate the braille-rendition EPUBs, run make in this
directory, after having checked out and built
daisy/pipeline-mod-braille#6
and daisy/pipeline-modules-common#73.
