In 2023, we have a pretty firm grasp on how Respawn Source renders Map decompilers are good enough to be educational, and we have some understanding of how to get lighting in-game A lot of our development has been focused on Titanfall 2, but we can test maps on all 3 games (including the currently private TF:O client) There's a lot of big ideas ahead, but we're still slowly building up the tools |

Currently I'm working on mimicking the way meshes are sorted in official maps (transparency, decals, & skybox mesh groups) I also want to document & add support for all the various entities available to mappers, over at MRVN-entities We recently got a bit of a breakthrough with rexx finding a way to get the member names of various Meanwhile collision research has gotten so fine we're reverse engineering bitfields & flags |
