If the installer is called with

msiexec /i SnakeTail.v1.9.8.x64.msi TARGETDIR=C:\PRGS\ST

it is assumed snaketail installed into path C:\PRGS\ST. But it will instead install into path C:\Program Files\SnakeTail

The parameter TARGETDIR is ignored.
