When checking the source code of this package it seems to be the case that G'MIC is included as a gimp plug-in but it is not available. I had to manually install the following G'MIC version: https://gmic.eu/files/linux/gmic_3.3.5_gimp2.10_ubuntu20-04_focal_amd64.zip
Versions for a newer Ubuntu variant depend on Qt 5.15 which is not available in this snap package.
Is it possible to directly include G'MIC or am I missing something?

Fixed for the preview branch in e5049a3.
This will be merged once 3.0 releases, and can be tested now with sudo snap install gimp --channel preview
sudo snap install gimp --channel preview
