Description

@Palanikannan1437

Hey πŸ‘‹ I'm Palani, engineer at Plane where I lead the Wiki product β€” realtime collaborative editors, CRDTs, offline-first sync, the whole Yjs/Hocuspocus/ProseMirror stack. I also gave a talk at FOSDEM 2026 on shipping local-first collaboration in production.

I've been using Ralph in my daily workflow for a while now. The loop has been super reliable for things like document processing pipelines, export systems, and editor integrations (amp with deep mode RIPS). What really sold me was pairing it with agent-browser β€” define the stories, let iterations run overnight, wake up to visual verification against acceptance criteria. Fresh context every iteration is genuinely what makes this work on large codebases where context bloat would otherwise tank quality.

I'd love to help maintain this because I use it enough to have strong opinions about where it can be better. Progress visibility is the big one for me β€” I work on a project management tool for a living, so thinking about how work gets tracked and surfaced is kind of my thing. Smarter completion detection and agnostic quality checks (#65) are also problems I've bumped into firsthand.

I'm TypeScript/Shell fluent and happy to start with a couple of PRs to prove it out. Just let me know.
