Feature request: Option to leave notification up until manually dismissed

The title pretty much says it. I'd like an option that can be toggled to leave the notification popup visible until I close it. It's easy to overlook that a page has changed unless you happen to be checking the toolbar icon.

That would be nice. Not always at PC and might miss a self-closing popup.
