SnipeIT version: v7.1.16 - build 16564 (master)
OS: AlmaLinux 9.5
Install method: docker v7-latest
Issue not present in demo

Previous installation was on Ubuntu Server 20.04 with docker. Decided to move to Alma and container to match the rest of our ecosystem. Install worked great. Tried restoring from backup and everything looked to pull in, but no one no access to history. Even new history since the restore. I tried toggling the Reports:View permission to no avail. I didn't see any errors within the UI.

browser error console:

Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'cookieExpire') TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'cookieExpire')
    at Object.setItem (http://gps-inventory/js/dist/bootstrap-table.js?id=61285c8ac5ea7b46002ea8c451c94e60:1:271300)
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'cookieExpire')

No database manipulation

I also tried creating a temporary super admin (I seen if migrating, it's possible for permissions to be messed up), but that user still doesn't work

@greenwood-clark Maybe the note in the release notes, switching to localStorage helps here?
