Update Soda SQL to work with Python 3.11 #341
Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When running Soda SQL with Python 3.11 it cannot find the right the different warehouse packages in the create call.
If your requesting a new Warehouse please provide us with as much information as possible. We support warehouses provided and maintained by the community, so feel free to code an initial suggestion/implementation yourself.

Once Python 3.11 has a stable release it would be great if we can support it.
