Hey @songweizhi!

Thank you for such an interesting paper and software! I wanted to ask if there is a recommendation on use of tools such as RefineM, GUNC or MAGpurify before HGT detection using MetaCHIP? Would these refinement tools help improve the quality of the MAGs or actually remove potential HGT genes?
