Error when compiling binary image

If anybody help me?
I meet a problems that I can't solve
When I execute NOJESSIE=1 NOSTRETCH=1 make target/sonic-barefoot.bin ,it bring an error.below are the error' pictures

I think is the user's Permission issues,but after I look for some information about the command,I found that the command is execute in the docker ,but I can't find Corresponding commands from the makefiles and slave.mk,so I don't know how to correct this problem?
What's more ,I also think it's the network's problem,but as say above ,I don't konw how to set proxy by makefiles' code ,So I can't fix the problem,can anybody meet this situation?
