[Bug]: [SORA Card] An Error "Reference number is already used" occurs due KYC onboarding

Preconditions

Screen "Get prapared" appears (with 4 attempts) after successfully passing KYC when using the 4th attempt. Logout and re-authorization helped to get rid of the error, but this needs to be dealt with as part of a separate task.

Steps to reproduce

1. Login
2. Complete KYC and SumSub 3 times
3. Reject 3 times
4. Complete KYC and SumSub
5. Open SORA Card hub -> Screen "Get prapared" appears -> Continue -> An Error "Reference number is already used" occurs

Additional steps:
6. Logout -> Auth again by the same number -> Status is a Verification in progress
7. Reject the last attempt -> Application rejected last time

Actual behavior

An Error "Reference number is already used" occurs due KYC onboarding. Check comment for attachments.

There should be no error due KYC onboarding with Reject.
