Outreach plan for SOTM

We'll need a solid outreach plan to effectively communicate about SOTM Asia and that would include:

• Different blog posts, each highlighting a part of the event. Already being captured in Different blog posts for the conference #10
• Medium for positing blogs?? - Medium Blog for the Website #24
• List of colleges and universities to be contacted
• Social media outreach plan using Twitter/Facebook etc, like what goes live when.
• Posters and other printables.
• Interviews questions, highlighting people's contribution to open data and maps.
• Different social media accounts - Social media accounts #3 (comment)

Using this ticket to streamline the outreach process and outline a comms plan. Keep the ideas coming in :)
