We'll want an initiative to track the work that goes into the sourcecred beta.1 milestone.

Talked about in Team call 4/30.

Suggested weighting strategy
The beta.1 Initiative weight is only the additional value from the beta.1 coordination.
Of having a shared goal and milestone worked out.

The sub-initiatives have their own weight to decide how valuable they are relative to each other. (e.g. the Initiative plugin, Discord plugin, Grain ledger, Docs, QoL, ...)

Contributions
Work to create a beta.1 roadmap in the first place can be added as contributions to beta.1. While the sub-initiatives can be added as dependencies.
