[Integration] Move crawler module from edc-ce Repo to AP

Description

We will move crawler module from edc-ce repo to AP repo to reduce release complexity and maintenance effort on edc-ce.

Why Is the Feature Desired?

• helps sovity to reduce time spent on releasing edc-ce repo because reduced number of module by that needs to considered when releasing edc-ce
• remove dependency of edc-ee repo on AP repo for release of edc-ee repo

@kamilczaja is there a need to update documentation on GH or somewhere else? if yes, please describe what needs to be done in the issue and also take care of it.

@kamilczaja are there other tasks that needs to be considered? For example, communicate to specific customers such as MDS, etc.
