Feature request: SpriteComponent browser

Looking through a sprite component with VV to find specific layers is a pain

I think it would be useful to have a simple UI that shows you a table of all layers with some basic information, like the rsi, state, color, mapping, visibility etc.

This isn't directly able to be ported, but here's OpenDream's debug UI for appearances, for reference (it ain't pretty but it works):

The overlays/underlays are clickable to get more info. Obviously the info we care about isn't necessarily the info you care about, but it's a serviceable UI mockup.
