I'm going through the acs_cte_forward_model_example notebook, trying to get a better understanding of how CTE tails can be removed from our own HST images, but I've run into an issue when trying to apply the actual forward modelling. The acscteforwardmodel function requires an executable file called acscteforwardmodel.e to run, but this file does not seem to exist and I cannot find it on the github page either. Perhaps the file was removed accidentally or intentionally and forgot to be added back?

Hi @ktcrotts, This was an issue with an earlier version of CALACS. Please update your version of hstcal (which contains CALACS) to 3.0.3 (see https://github.com/spacetelescope/hstcal/releases/tag/3.0.3). If you are using a conda environment, this can be done with $ conda install -c conda-forge hstcal==3.0.3.
