I have 25 installed Starlink on the remote sites. I have a problem with the bandwidth monitoring for the installed Starlink. this system or script can resolve that issue.

The scripts from this project can monitor bandwidth usage, but they would need to be running at each site. Alternatively, you could set up a TCP tunnel and run the scripts remotely through that, but that would still require something running at each site to construct the tunnel.
Last I checked, you could get the bandwidth usage for a device from the account login website. It's not raw numbers, though. it's displayed in a graph, but you wouldn't have to run anything at each site to get that info. This was the case for residential dishes, at least, and I expect it would be there for commercial plan dishes, too.
