Unable to install

I cannot install "browsershot" on laravel versions 8.63.0 and 8.64.0

After "composer require" the following message is displayed:

Your requirements could not be resolved to an installable set of packages

  Problem 1

Use the option --with-all-dependencies (-W) to allow upgrades, downgrades and removals for packages currently locked to specific versions.

1. remove composer.lock
2. compser require spatie/browsershot
3. composer install

the problem is caused by a new version of the psr/log library
