Error: Request is already handled! with Nodejs 16

Probably is already known, anyway on Nodejs v16 I see I get these errors:

And seems to happen when something is matched via blockUrls() or blockDomains() or in some cases disableImages()

Downgrading to Nodejs v14 fixed the issue.
