Events for role attached/detached, permission given/revoked, etc.

I am currently in the process of integrating one of my systems with this package. During this process I encountered an issue where it's not as easy to intervene when a role is attached/detached or a permission is given/revoked (without overriding methods, etc.).

Which is why it would be nice if this package fired various events such as RoleAttached, RoleDetached, PermissionGiven, etc. for more easy integration with other systems.
