Testing Spectacles connection to Looker outside of spectacles folder #710

Per https://docs.spectacles.dev/cli/tutorials/getting-started/, when I try to run my connection test outside of the spectacles folder, even if I point to the config file correctly, I can't. I need to be in the directory in order to run the command. I guess that's implicit in the documentation, but it would be good to make it crystal clear.

Hey @viki-sharon! You shouldn't have to be in the spectacles directory to find the config file. Have you checked the API key in the config file for correctness? Do you have environment variables defined anywhere (like in your .bashrc/.zshrc) that could be overriding?
