I had a look at your concurrency solution in #8 and I noticed that according to the diagram the bots create multiple transactions per block. Assuming the bots are free to decide on the order of these transaction this creates MEV opportunity for the bots (unless you somehow mitigate this). I was wondering why you decided for that design instead of a design that would allow (or maybe even force) the bots to batch multiple orders into one on-chain transaction so that every order inside that transaction gets the same price.
