Wrapper to run pTFCE on both the original and negated image, to achieve 2-sided inference.
See Issue #2 for details.

See this script for an example of a two-sided inference. https://github.com/UNCDEPENdLab/fmri.pipeline/blob/1049c36d4ef566b371b3a4eadbdb5d81845f9988/inst/bin/ptfce_zstat.R

Hope this helps,
Michael

We plan to refactor the ptfce documentation soon. Would you mind if we would add a link to your wrapper script?
Additionally, we plan to maintain a list of projects/software tools using pTFCE. Can we add a link/reference to UNCDEPENdLab's fmri.pipeline?

Hi Tamas,

Sure, feel free to link to the wrapper script and broader pipeline. Or if you like, I'd be open to incorporating it into the pTFCE codebase and perhaps just listing me as a contributor on the R package. Whatever you prefer.

Best wishes,
Michael
