pugsetup_autokicker: never kick unless server is full with 10 players #237

Expected behavior

Start kicking players automatically only after the server has 10 players, then it starts kicking players who do not type .ready.

Actual behavior

It kicks players who do not type .ready even if they do not have 10 players on the server.

NOTE: It would be nice if you had the option to configure a flag to be immune to this command, then the administrators would not be kicked.

The other suggestion to upgrade, in case only add flag option...

It would be nice if you had the option to configure a flag to be immune to this command, then the administrators would not be kicked.
