Admin permission doesnt work #299

Hello

When i try to edit the permission cfg and try to set the setup for admins only, still normal users can use the command.

I'm on the latest version
Just installed today

Can you please post:

the exact version
how you setup the permissions.cfg file
what commands are being run

splewis added the user help label
