Docs needed for debug settings

I was informed that it's possible to enable debugging by changing the environment value in the helm chart in deployment.yaml. Here's the relevant section of the email conversation:

To do so, git clone the fabric-logger repository, and edit around this line:
https://github.com/splunk/fabric-logger/blob/master/helm-chart/fabric-logger/templates/deployment.yaml#L54
Please enter a value of "*" for the DEBUG environment key to get more information.

I'm not sure how or what to enter in the deployment.yaml file and this should also be documented if possible.
