Investigate mechanism to keep Mozilla Public Suffix List updated

It would be a neat improvement to enable a quick update of the Mozilla Public Suffix list from within the app.

We could ship a modular input that is disabled by default that periodically updates the public suffix list.

Totally agree. An updated PSL is very much needed.

#15 could address this issue. When the extended lookup is called and the list hasn't been updated in 30 days, it attempts to download the IANA and Mozilla lists.

But it doesn't use a modular input.

The updates for the IANA and Mozilla lists were moved to basic modular input. It also generates a wildcard lookup CSV for enriching domains only.
