Inversion between Latitude and Longitude

If searching washington as postal code the marker will be set in Antartic.
This is due to inversion of Latitude and Longitude coordinates.

Please prefer as api function(latitude_north,longitude_east) in convention 
Latitude is always first coordinate.
```
