I have been a champion of Open Source software within the companies that I have worked for. I believe that OSS is the foundation that all technologies are built on and as such, I feel that it is a duty to contribute back to the OSS ecosystem.
While at Northrop Grumman 🚀, @Oversee 💻 , GoldenFrog 🐸 , @synctree 🌴 and @GoodwayGroup 🏄 I have worked to build processes to publish OSS projects and contribute back to ones that were used. This has further reinforced my belief that we need to consistently encourage, support and champion those who work on OSS.
