Thanks to the generous support of those sponsoring Owncast we're able to operate the project using the tools and environment that works best for us, as well as invest in the project to help it grow.

Some things your support pays for:

• Our monthly hosting fees for running the many test and demo servers, with all the other pieces of infrastructure that enable the project to operate.
• Development tooling for building and testing.
• Allowing us to work with creative professionals to help with work that we currently don't have the skill set for, such as icon design and video creation.
• Legal fees to protect and support the project.
• Tokens of thank you to contributors, supporters, and community members such as t-shirts.
