Become a sponsor to Naya Singhania
My name is Naya Singhania and I am from Palo Alto, California. I have been coding since I was 12 and since then, I have become highly proficient in Next.js, Python, Java, CSS and other frameworks, languages, and development tools I have taken college-level computer science courses in high school, and I am now in the midst of my second year as a computer science major at San Jose State University. While I enjoy working on my own projects to help people in their everyday lives, I also have a passion for contributing to open source code in the community.
Besides majoring in and having a deep passion for computer science, I am strong in my academics, I love singing in choir, and I often volunteer in the community.
I am currently working on a couple of projects, my main one being Persona.fm. With sponsorship/funding, I will be able to further my developer journey by being able to keep my projects open source and supporting contributors (especially new contributors) and retain access to tools required for these projects.
This will allow be to keep my main project , Persona.fm, open source, and will allow me to continue to support open-source contributors. Gaining sponsorship would also enable to further my development journey on other active projects: An ML project that aims to use PolitiFact data to create news truthfulness models, and my personal website, which is also an Astro template that many people in the community rely on.
