Match Equipment

ACs:

• It is possible to match Equipments between SCD and SSD when there are multiple Equipments with the same type e.g. "DIS" and there are two different types for "DIS" e.g. Disconnector and Earth Switch
• it should match automatically if there is only one of each. For example an Equipment of type "CTR".
• it should match automatically if there is only one type of "DIS" and multiple Equipments using this type.

When selecting a BayType it checks same number and types of Equipment.

IF automatic matching isn’t possible, a collapsible section appears below the dropdown to manually match equipment. This can be opened later by the user as well.

in the SCD:

• adds templateUuid, originUuid and creates a new uuid for the Equipment
• also knows which EqFunction and its LNodes and types in the same step
• Later just the matching for the LNode and IED needs to happen

We need to later handle how to undo changes or swap. Also the user needs to know how many of what type he needs to assign. In my version currently it becomes at a specific point impossible to swap types again 🙈
