Allow editing of the equipment before the first lnode assignment #644
Description
Currently it is only possible to edit it once at the beginning if there is a need for manual matching.
ACs:
- Allow editing the matching before the Type is locked for the first LNode assignment
Hint:
If we later want to enable users midway to change matching:
- Swap uuids in equipment
- Transfer LNode iedName in the Bay section
- Update LDevice name for LNode in IED section
