How to do a With statement in one line?

Is there an option to change this:

WITH
  test AS (
    SELECT ...

to this:

WITH test AS (
  SELECT ...

[nene]

Short answer: no such option.

In general the formatter tries to accommodate longer cases like:

WITH
  foo AS (SELECT * FROM bar),
  blah(id, name) AS (SELECT * FROM tbl)
SELECT
  ...
