Right click options not inside "Privy" list option

One thing I noticed between RubberDuck and Privy is that when you highlight code and right click, the options for Rubberduck are all listed there while the options for Privy are in a Privy option which inside that option, is a list of options for Privy.

I would like to suggest having a setting to not have the options inside of a Privy list and to be all listed when you right click, just like Rubberduck.
