Update publish settings

This morning I got an email from PyPI on how to make trusted publishers more secure. Information about trusted publishers:

I tried to make updates to this repository/package on PyPI but found I do not have permissions. Taking this approach should allow us to publish without the PYPI_TOKEN secret. The recommended changes look like this.
