Slides with Equations are entirely skipped

This is a bit unfortunate since copy pasting the content of those slides into a text editor actually works pretty fine.

Hey, this is actually a limitation of the underlying library for reading the .pptx files, python-pptx, which does not support the parsing of equations.

I recently forked pptx2md because I wanted to add MARP and Beamer as output formats, and I noticed this issue with
equations, as well as a few more issues (some images not being saved, etc.). So I went down the rabbit hole and also forked python-pptx and implemented the missing functionality for reading equations, as well as the other fixes.

You can find my forks here: pptx2marp and python-pptx. Please check them out, and let me know if you find any issues running them on your slides!

Note that I'd like to contribute back to both projects, but I think it might take a while, since the changes on pptx2marp (my fork of pptx2md) depend as well on my forked version of python-pptx, and this is a big and robust library that is very slow in adding new functionality. All in all, I guess it will come down to whether there is a mass of people actually needing the new functionality.
