Communicate with S7-200 smart

hello，everyone, I have used this node read s7-200smartplc, while read vm areas，it works well，but，when I read an analog input ( a plc module），like AIW16，AIW18，AIW20，AIW22，it cannot return correct result， how should I config it？

I tried AI16，IW16，DB1,WORD1032
