At least the image can be blurred and the user warned about NSFW content.

you can do what did on deviantart - enter your birth date to view

@MiTereKun if you have an account on the site you should have already 18... for anonym users, it's anyway forbidden.

I'm talking about the case when a user has checked "Block erotic elements by default" in the settings.

Blur will be not enough because all images around will also NSFW.
