In the original version of osimpipeline, the filename ground_reaction_orig.mot was reserved for the original GRF data file and was updated to ground_reaction.mot after any intermediate processing steps. For simplicity, ground_reaction_orig.mot has now been removed, but how ground_reaction.mot is handled during intermediate processing steps is TBD.
