Add Bad ASN check

Working on adding bad ASN verification using two sources

Using the branch bad-asn-check, this seems to be promising!

Thanks Claude Code since I was having issues for the cache management.

Things to improve:

• add ability to copy
• add docs
• When selecting this engine it must automatically select an ASN provider engine (ipinfo, ipapi, ipquery...)
