Statamic install on Laravel app/shared hosting, error

Following steps here: https://statamic.dev/installing/laravel
Laravel v11.24.1

Any command I run in the terminal, I get the below error -

Does that file actually exist? It should be vendor/statamic/cms/src/Fieldtypes/Terms.php

We don't typically recommend hosting Statamic on shared hosting.
