Change field listings for link field on entries

I have an entry with a link field, and when you click on the "link existing entry" link, it brings up the pane with all the options. My issue is that it only shows the title and slug. I need another field to show on the listing, because the employees working on this page need more data to select the needed entry. Is there a way to customize it, to show more fields (content, or other custom fields)?

Is it the listable: hidden that I should change?

I tried changing that, and it did in fact fix it.

Follow up question, is it possible to make the other fields searchable? When looking for an item to select from the (1045 item long) list, the search bar on top only searches the title field. I want the content field to be searched as well. Is there a way to do that?

Did you look at the docs for search?

I've looked at it a bit, and I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

I added a new search index for standards:

             'fields' => ['title', 'content', 'standards_category'],

Then I added a reference to the index in the standards yaml file:

title: Standards
search_index: standards

I ran the update search index command:
php please search:update standards

After doing this, the field still is not searching anything other than the 'title' field. Did I miss a step somewhere?
